AGB / Delivery times, shipping costs and terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of July 2019. The kaffee-gourmet.ch website is operated by the Weblooks GmbH in Fehraltorf. All deliveries and services of Weblooks GmbH are exclusively based on these general terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

 

Delivery without shipping costs throughout Switzerland

Deliveries to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein are free of charge. are only possible to delivery addresses in Switzerland, Lichtenstein and other European countries. Our delivery conditions apply to shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Special conditions apply to deliveries to other European countries. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will notify you by e-mail. Items not in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as we receive the items, we will notify you by e-mail and dispatch your order immediately. The shipment will be handled by the Swiss Post or another service provider within 48 hours. With your password you can check the status of your order at any time.

 

Prices

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax. The prices stated on the website at the time of receipt of the order apply. Price changes may occur due to changes in suppliers and/or manufacturer prices. Price increases will be communicated to the buyer prior to delivery and the buyer's consent will be obtained. Price reductions will be passed on without notification.

 

Order

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding application, but only represents a non-binding online catalogue. If you merely place products in the "shopping basket", this does not constitute a binding order. You do not place a binding order for the products in the shopping basket until you click on the "Order now with costs (or pre-order)" button on the order completion page. We will then immediately send you a contract confirmation by e-mail, upon receipt of which the contract is concluded.

 

Shipping method

Optional: Express or A-Post shipping on request. We can also offer an express service for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, for which we will charge you the A-Post or Swiss-Express fees according to the official postal tariff. If required, please contact our customer service.

 

Payment by invoice

If you would like to place regular orders, we also offer to deliver the goods on account. Please ask us about this.

 

Deliveries abroad

We deliver to other European countries only against advance payment. We charge the effective shipping costs of the Swiss Post. The Swiss VAT will be deducted. The shipping charges are according to the official postal tariff. After receipt of your order, our customer service will send you an order confirmation by e-mail with further instructions.

 

Delivery and billing address

We will deliver your order to the address of your choice. If the delivery and billing address are not identical, you can define this during the order process or in the customer account.

 

Shipping costs and return policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please send us your cancellation within 14 days after receipt of the goods (the timely dispatch is decisive). We will refund the full amount of the order or, in the case of a partial cancellation, the amount of the item as soon as we have received the goods. You will bear the return costs. Please note that we cannot grant a right of withdrawal for coffee. If you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, we will send you a replacement on request. We will bear any return shipping costs.

 

Further provisions

Payment Swiss orders: We deliver on account. The invoice amount is due without deduction within 10 days of the invoice date.

There are no customs duties for deliveries to other European countries except Germany where they charge € 2.19 coffee tax per kilo of coffee.

 

Retention of title

Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of Weblooks GmbH, 8320 Fehraltorf. The place of jurisdiction is Fehraltorf/Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
